KJT Residential have been established since 1981 comprising of three residential town centre self selection showrooms. An independent company that is run by its owners, continually proving over the years to be a leading local agent with a substantial market share of property on offer and indeed sales.
We also have an associated commecial and professional office based at Lydney can provide assistance with rent reviews, litigation matters, house buyers reports, structural surveys, probate valuations, private valuations, compensation claims and development appraisals. This is independantly managed by Kevin Toombs.
Our Coleford office also has a Rental Department.
