Tenant Fees and Information

Before you move in there will be a charge of £70 per adult for application form and credit check, should a guarantor be required there will be an additional charge of £35 per guarantor, also a Tenancy and administration fee of £140 per tenancy. There will be an additional charge of £20 should amendments to the tenancy be required. All fees are inclusive of VAT.

On your move-in day you will need to provide a deposit equivalent to one and a half months rent plus the first month's rent in advance. Monies are required in cash unless otherwise paid in advance via bank transfer. All fees are non-refundable unless the landlord withdraws the property.  Fees as of 27/05/15.
